Responsibilities
  • Strengthen S&OE and S&OP processes to effectively balance short-term and long-term demand/supply.
  • Excellent inventory management to keep optimal inventory level and reduce destruction.
  • Design and implement strategies to efficiently manage the supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with Region/HQ supply chain team for project implementation or adoption of new framework.
  • Manage cross-functional ad-hoc projects (if any) with comprehensive communication to drive changes.
  • Maintain compliance with internal control, all regulatory requirements, and internal SOPs.
  • Cooperate with customer service to mitigate supply chain risk and manage service provider's operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials/ Logistics or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Operations Management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tool (Power BI)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • SAP Experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (TOEIC>=750)
  • Excellent business acumen coupled with analytical and logical thinking, capability for data and root cause analysis to perform appropriate actions.
  • A goal-oriented change driver with strategic thinking, can-do attitude and passion to learn, open to innovative ways of working
  • 3+ year people manager experience and proficient stakeholder management and communication
