Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

• Working in operations date/Corporate finance reports and provide analytics into the past trend and reason for the dip in margins and help with forecasts
• Preparation of multiyear budget and forecast including projections of revenue and expenses (Opex/Capex)
• Creation of Line of business wise P&L statement and providing key insights on the same
• Perform variance analysis of Actuals v/s. Budgets figures on incomes, expenses and Profitability, Line of Business and overall level
• Creation of Profit position report on monthly basis which tracks overall and LOB level Actual vs. Budget details
• Coordination with internal stakeholders to obtain or provide inputs/insights during monthly reporting and budgeting cycles
• Weekly business performance reporting and relevant analysis for the consumption of top management.
• Interaction with internal stakeholders [ program leads/senior managers] to drive and govern the cost management actions basis business performance
• Implementing a Risk governance system to warn about margin decretive business decisions. .
• Involvement in checking and analyzing critical monthly Performance reports sent to Top management.
• Adhoc support to Business leaders and all other stakeholders as and when required
• Contribution towards automation of processes to improve management reporting.

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience in MIS and Analytics Role
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS excel and power point
• Loves working with numbers & planning business scenarios.
• Good understanding of digital operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good team player
