Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and communicate technical architecture solutions, based on customer requirements and data volumes in order to ensure a successful Celonis deployment.

• Assist customers in establishing connections between their on-premises source systems and the Celonis cloud environments.

• Participate in security assessments and complete the security questionnaires required for implementations.

• Solicit requirements for Business Process Mining models, including what data they will use and how the company will use them after they are built.

• Build Business Process Mining models that are accurate, robust, and informative in ways that help our business grow even faster.

• Demonstrate product and technical leadership on Celonis engagements with customers, partners, and prospects.

• Maintain expert knowledge on the Celonis platform by developing dashboard and drafting documentation on technical procedures and processes.

• Lead discussions on operationalization of Celonis through usage of Transformation centre, Action Engine, Action Views and Machine Learning capabilities

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Mandatory Experience in Process Mining Solutions & Capabilities using Celonis driving Automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Proven experience of 4-5 years in industry with experience to work on PQL.
• Experience & interest in working with modern tech stack & methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, IT Security, Agile, etc.
• Experience with SQL and/or Python as well as with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data
• Knowledgeable about Action engine, Transformation centre & Celonis ML workbench
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills is a must
