Job Description

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Process Manager Roles and responsibilities:
  • Serve as Dell Blue Creative's central POC (point of contact) for the Workfront team, guiding and connecting their deliverables across multiple projects supporting Dell Blue
  • Work closely with Adobe Workfront system admins to ensure Dell Blue instance is consistent with governance
  • Consult with Dell Blue Creative team members and partner departments to identify priority business needs and goals and provide proper solutions
  • Translate requirements from Dell Blue to the Workfront team and build setup in Workfront (project templates, layouts, reports, organizational setup, etc.)
  • Develop and execute Dell Blue goals using Adobe Workfront through Fusion automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities, custom forms, project templates, etc.
  • Work with Dell Blue Group Admins to develop and support comprehensive user guides and training materials
  • Assist the Dell Blue Group Admins in resolving issues with Adobe Workfront software and help deploy integration with other software applications through APIs (Application Program Interfaces) and Fusion
  • Serve as knowledge base for current processes and opportunities and translate future business needs into the Workfront builds to guarantee successful and long-term adoption with respect to Dell Blue
  • Support post-implementation and run-the-business use of Dell Blue Creative's instance of Workfront by stakeholders
  • Provide continuous support of the Workfront build to champion evolving business needs
  • Deliver on business requirements and ensure successful product releases and launches
  • Develop and support workflow processes using Adobe Workfront Troubleshoot and resolve any workflow related issues
  • Evaluate new releases and enhancements of Adobe Workfront software and provide feedback to the team
  • Create and execute tests to ensure quality assurance
  • Stay up to date with developments in the Adobe Workfront software and industry trends
  • Contribute ideas and efforts towards internal projects and work as part of a team to find solutions to various problems

Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Graduate with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of proven experience with deep administrative understanding of Adobe Workfront and its data model
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Workfront integration processes
  • In-Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront object types including custom forms and approval workflows templates, duration, work effort, planned hours
  • In-Depth understanding of Adobe Workfront Setup including access levels layout templates project preferences and other methods to achieve simplicity of end user design
  • Experience deploying APIs through webhooks
  • Experience developing Fusion Automation Workflows to automate
  • Experience integrating Adobe Asset and other Adobe AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) technology with Adobe Workfront
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Adobe Workfront platform and its capabilities
  • 2 years Workfront implementation experience for preferably large complex organizations
  • 2 years' experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion
  • Understanding of creative and production workflows
  • Familiarity with native connectors and other Adobe Workfront products and services
  • Experience designing and implementing integration for Workfront flows
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills to collaborate with peers and stakeholders across various workstreams
  • Adobe certifications and knowledge of best practices adopted in industry related to Adobe Workfront and Fusion
  • Ability to influence others (both internal and external cross-functional teams) to achieve results and work effectively with senior management
  • Experience implementing innovative marketing technology solutions
  • Experience working in Agile projects/with Agile teams and matrixed organizations
