Role Summary:

As the Global IT Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing category strategies, focusing on stakeholder engagement across the organization. You will collaborate closely with our newly appointed Head of Procurement, who is committed to elevating the team's performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to establish yourself as a key leader within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing Leadership: Oversee extensive global sourcing projects from inception to completion, working within virtual project teams to achieve cost savings and commercial enhancements.
• Category Management: Manage global technology expenditures, fostering strong relationships with technology stakeholders to create and implement long-term category strategies.
• Team Leadership: Uphold the firm's core values of diversity and people development, inspiring growth and excellence within the team through effective leadership.

Required Experience:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in procurement, specifically in managing large global sourcing teams and technology projects.
• Proficiency in working with SaaS providers, managed service agents, and cloud vendors.
• Ability to inspire trust and lead within a high-performing, respected team.
• Degree-level education and CIPS/MCIPS qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
