Global HR & Benefits Procurement Lead - FTSE 100 Organization - London (2/3 days in office per week) - £80,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Shares
This FTSE 100 250 organization is currently undergoing a huge procurement transformation and is looking for someone with a strong commercial skillset to play a key role in their HR & Benefits Procurement team across a global remit in a Greenfield environment!

The procurement function itself has recently made the shift from local, tactical procurement to a centralized strategic team, and your role will be to lead a strong team of HR Procurement professionals in designing the 5-year category strategy for the HR and Benefits categories with a spend in the hundreds of £millions!
This is truly a business-critical role that will play a major part in the future direction of the business and allow the successful applicant to really put their stamp one of the most exciting organisations in the world!
Global HR & Benefits Procurement Lead, Required Background: -
- In-depth experience of managing end-to-end HR Procurement across multiple subcategories including but not limited to Benefits, L&D, Training and Recruitment
- In particular, experience of managing the Benefits subcategory across a global remit is very beneficial
- Exposure to a non-mandated procurement environment is beneficial but not essential
- Experience of leading a small team of HR procurement category managers across a Global Remit, with a clear track record of developing talent
- A strong commercial skillset with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders in the business as well as key suppliers
- Strong academic background is beneficial but not essential
