Salary - £45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Progression Opportunities

Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies that drive efficiency, cost savings, and value creation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and new approaches to procurement for both public and private sector clients
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute procurement initiatives that support business objectives.
• Leverage market insights and industry trends to enhance procurement practices and supplier relationships.

Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, Required Background:

• Proven experience in developing and executing innovative procurement strategies ideally in the indirect procurement space, having managed categories such as Professional Services, IT and Marketing to name a few.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
• Experience in both public and private sector procurement is highly desirable, however, candidates with one or the other will still be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to a regulated industry is beneficial, ideally having worked under PCR 2015, UCR or OJEU regulations
