Your role and responsibilities
Identifying new suppliers in cooperation with relevant category team, qualifying new suppliers in cooperation with supplier quality and engineering specialists Designing and implementing plans for local sourcing to reach the business targets, supporting regional and global sourcing initiatives as required, working for GBS centers, supporting specific assigned tasks related to sourcing, like e-sourcing activities Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renews pricelists, terms and conditions, applying and implementing PL standards, tools and processes in the area of responsibility to secure quality, delivery, cost and sustainability Creating and updating reports, as required, following the ABB standards, adapting corporate contractual framework to the local business needs, recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval Conducting all procurement and logistics activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in ABB Tools procedure Following all ABB Ethics and OHS instructions, executing effective and transparent communication internally & externally and between different units and centers

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
- Knowledge of industrial sector preferable to be electrical
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple tasks-Efficient time management, good leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude
- Written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Experienced use of different Microsoft programs, SAP experience is a must, people management skills, strong analytical & conceptual skills
- Fluency in both English & Arabic language is mandatory
