Currently, we are looking for the EMEAI Demand Planner.
Responsibilities
Drive timely and accurate sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations and ad-hoc demand will be used to develop production plans.
- Ownership of planning and stocking policies for all Finish Goods along with collaborative stock management in several sites across the region.
- Strong collaboration with departments specially Sales teams, Marketing, Customer service and Management
- Create a horizon plan to produce all required MTS orders be manufactured.
- Maintenance of Stock level policy, age and all planning parameters
- Agree forecasts with commercial team either on an ad-hoc basis or through the IBP Process
- Lead Portfolio Review meetings and align ERP set up and take actions to support supply in product life cycle managing obsolescence prevention
- Attend Demand, Supply review meetings along with the main IBP.
- Manage classification of FG (MTS/MTO) leveraging any existing tools maximizing service whilst minimizing costs and achieving Inventory targets.
- Coordinate all communication regarding Slow Moving and Obsolete inventory
- Create recommendations for stock holding by location/volume/value.
- Analyzing and reviewing supply chain reports
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent English
- Fluent MS Excel
- Other PC skills; Microsoft Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; SAP/JDE/Oracle or other ERP applications
- Previous experience working in demand planning/planning environment, manufacturing processes and MRP/ERP systems
