Job Description

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Process Manager Role and responsibilities:
  • Execute campaigns using Marketo along with other tasks such as segmentation, list pulls, campaign flow creation etc.
  • Conduct extensive validation checks and quality audits on segments and other elements in Marketo.
  • Create campaign performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving
  • Create detailed documentation and process flows to reflect / capture ongoing projects
  • Gather and execute client requirements by working closely with onshore Marketo consultants
  • Needs to understand the database structure in order to come up with exception handling for dynamic content campaigns
  • 2-3 years of working knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, Media Query
Technical and Functional Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 to 6 years' experience in using Marketo Marketing Automation platform
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end campaign management across marketing channels
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands on experience on using HTML, CSS
  • Certification on Marketo platform would be a plus
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office [MS Excel and PPT]
  • Experience on Marketo (Marketing Activities, Database Studio, RCE and Design Studio)
  • Expertise in working with Marketo marketing automation platform, with a focus on managing and optimizing campaigns and programs.
  • Proficiency in designing and executing email marketing campaigns using Marketo, including email template creation, list segmentation etc.
  • Ability to edit/modify and implement automated nurture programs using Marketo to engage and convert leads at different stages of the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of Marketo's form and landing page building capabilities to create engaging lead capture experiences and optimize conversion rates.
  • Experience in utilizing Marketo's reporting suite.
  • Strong understanding of lead management processes within Marketo, including lead capture, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to utilize Marketo's reporting capabilities to track and report on key marketing metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Should have the knowledge of building journeys/flows
  • Ability to analyze the campaign requirements and suggest the type of smart campaigns & flow to be used
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment
  • Should have excellent communication skills and be able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
  • Should have excellent presentation skills and should be able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies.
  • Be an individual contributor and work across various clients within the marketing automation group
