Job Description Summary

The objective of the role is to support the GSI NSE Sourcing team in managing the overall spend for the Team across Europe.

This is a highly visible sourcing role, that is required to support and work closely with the Business Stakeholders to deliver projects and initiatives across the region.

Job Description

Assist the Sourcing team to:
  • Support implementing Sourcing Initiative projects.
  • Support compliance policies through updating systems when required.
  • Support to issue the tendering and bid process to issue RFQs to suppliers, chase and review when received.
  • Support in delivering key KPIs - savings, payment terms and cost mitigation.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up to date and filed appropriately.
  • Communicate to business stakeholders.
  • Provide any other administrative support to Business Sourcing team.
  • Lead data gathering and analysis process(es).
  • Lead spend analysis for the Team.
  • Support regular reporting towards business.
  • Support preparation and update financial data of project for project reviews.
  • Support supplier negotiation, e-auctions and communication.
  • Contribute to building and implementing best-in-class sourcing processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Fluent in English, additional European languages a plus.
  • Graduate or placement student of Bachelors degree (Business or relevant).
  • Excellent understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics.
  • A good level of analytical skills.
  • Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge.
