£60,000 - £70,000 + PACKAGE

Are you a dynamic HR procurement professional with a passion for recruitment and staffing? Join this leading healthcare services organisation, renowned for serving both public and private sector hospitals and trusts, and head up this category, which is one of the most critical in the organization!

They are seeking an experienced HR Procurement Manager to lead their Recruitment & Staffing subcategory. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a critical area, leading a high-calibre team and managing a significant and business-critical spend. As a key player in the procurement leadership team, you will have the autonomy to shape the recruitment strategies, drive excellence, and make a lasting impact on the quality of healthcare services we provide.

As Strategic HR Procurement Manager - Recruitment & Staffing, you will: -

  • Develop and implement effective staffing procurement strategies to meet the unique needs of both public and private sector clients.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely and cost-effective talent acquisition across contingent, fixed-term and permanent hiring
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and executive search firms.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all recruitment activities.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  • Lead a high-calibre team of hr procurement professionals and contract managers, helping them develop and driving their performance

Strategic HR Procurement Manager - Recruitment & Staffing, required background: -

  • Proven experience in HR Procurement, having been responsible for the Recruitment & Staffing subcategory, even if part of the broader HR spend
  • Exposure to both public and private sector procurement is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience of leading a high performing team
  • Degree + CIPS is beneficial but not essential
