Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.
Responsibilities
• Bachelor/Master degree in Economics or Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 10 yrs experience in Supply Chain domain
• Strong communication (email and presentation) in English
• Excellent problem solving skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer focus (internal or external)
• Knowledge in the use of SAP, IBP and Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Experience with crossfuntional cooperation (Sales, PM, Finance, Logistics) and drive to achievemenet time-sensitive goals is essential
• Continuous improvement attitude: ability to develop and implement best practices.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating communication between local Operations Team, Product Management Team and Sales Team and serve as one point of contact between Subvertical Systems and local Ops Team
- Create billing plan based on the demand, and oversee operations to execute billing plan
- Proactively improve PDR and STS to delight the customers
- Cordinate local discussions with Sales and Customer Care Team to ensure correct demand is available in Backlog and SAP
- Accountable for execution of the PFO process within the Sub-Vertical
- Focus on organizational priorities, follow up using metrics that will allow make best business decisions short and long term
- Accountable and responsible for executing the S&OP review process within the local Ops Team and provide an executive summary to the leadership team
