Bid Management Executive

Please note, you must have significant UK bid management experience and strong knowledge of UK frameworks, any candidates without this will not be considered.

Role: Bid Management Executive

Location: Home working

Remuneration: Up to £40k per annum, dependant upon experience

Commitment: Mon-Fri 35 hours per week

We are currently seeking a Bid Management Executive. This role sits within the Bid Management Team. The structure of the team is as follows: Bid Management Assistant > Bid Management Executive > Bid Manager > Director of Marketing & Business Development.

The Bid Management Executive will play a key role in supporting and coordinating the bidding process across our consultancy and advisory firm. You will collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to support and co-ordinate the submission of winning bids and secure new business opportunities.  This role demands good communication and people skills, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful bidding here in UK and around the world.

You will also be committed to continually seeking to improve the way we conduct bid  activities including better using technology and AI. We are looking for candidates that have active experience of bidding for UK Frameworks.

Stage 1 - Teams Interview with a panel of 3, to discover more about your experience.

Stage 2 - A few online, short assessments.

Stage 3 - In-person meeting either in London or Birmingham with the team to discuss the role.
