As an experienced procurement professional, your expertise in managing end-to-end processes across indirect procurement categories will help you to deliver innovative solutions and spearhead cost-saving initiatives. What We're Looking For:

This firm are seeking dynamic individuals who are passionate about procurement and transformation. Specifically, they are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience in Indirect Procurement: You should have a strong background in managing indirect procurement categories, such as Facilities Management (FM), HR, Professional Services, and IT. Your experience should include end-to-end process management, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Proven experience within Transformation Projects: You have successfully been a part of and helped to deliver procurement transformation projects, driving significant change across multiple categories. Your ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions has resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and overall procurement performance.
• Cross-Sector Expertise: this firm values professionals who bring a diverse perspective, with experience working across both the public and private sectors. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities in each environment and can adapt your strategies accordingly to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Strategic Vision & Execution: You have a proven track record of developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with both short-term objectives and long-term organizational goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute plans that deliver sustainable value.
• Consulting Experience (Preferred): While consulting experience is not a requirement, it is highly valued. If you have experience in a consulting role, you are likely to have honed your skills in stakeholder management, client engagement, and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
