Senior Project Buyer (m/f/d)

Salary: €80, 000

Languages: Fluent & German required

I am currently working closely with a market leading manufacturing company based in Zell im Wiesental, Germany that is actively searching for a senior procurement professional to support with building out their purchasing function. The organisation consists of a 6000 stronghold employee headcount, operating on over 15 countries, tailoring bespoke services to a variety of different industries. You will work closely with the entire purchasing function by supervising existing & developing procurement projects and integrating projects as they progress throughout the various stages.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire project purchasing process from start to finish from a an internal and customer perspective.
• Working closely in collaboration with the company's global teams to ensure various departments are updated on the status of projects
• Managing the costs, quality & performance of procurement projects
• Producing strategies according to an individual project basis

Experience Required:

• Several years of project purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree, preferably within a technical specification
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English & German language
• Willingness to travel when required
