Job Description

As Supply Chain Manager, you will:

Lead and Inspire: Manage a large and growing team across the entire supply chain.

Optimise Operations: Drive efficiency in production planning, purchasing, and warehousing Inc. OEE improvements and waste management.

Ensure Seamless Distribution: Oversee distribution to ensure timely delivery and Lidl customer satisfaction. Innovate: Implement new strategies to improve processes and support continuous growth.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in an end-to-end Supply Chain Manager role Inc. production planning, purchasing, warehousing, and distribution. Experience working with SAP and FMCG manufacturing and distribution is a must (drinks industry experience is preferable). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and develop a team Inc. Managers. High-bay warehouse experience is highly desirable.
