Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative indirect procurement strategies that enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and create value.
• Lead and support on high-profile project workstreams from inception to completion, managing client expectations and delivering results.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and pioneering procurement approaches for diverse clients across both the public and private sectors.
• Utilize market insights and industry trends to refine procurement practices and strengthen supplier relationships.

Senior Procurement Transformation Consultant, Required Background:

• Proven experience in developing and executing innovative procurement strategies, particularly in the indirect procurement space (e.g., Professional Services, IT, Marketing).
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.
• Experience in both public and private sector procurement is highly desirable, though expertise in one sector will be considered.
• Prior consultancy experience is advantageous but by no means essential.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and knowledge of PCR 2015, UCR, or OJEU regulations is a plus.
