We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in EMEA at Vilnius, Lithuania.
Job Purpose:
Implement best-in-class local or sub-regional category-specific sourcing strategies based on internal business needs. Collaborate with local and regional procurement teams to identify and recommend top suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with Business Partners. Lead and manage supplier negotiations at the local level to ensure optimal results.

Job Purpose:

Your tasks:
- Provide expert sourcing support for key business initiatives, conducting supply market research and intelligence to guide investment decisions and budget planning.
- Establish local or sub-regional frame contracts while identifying strategic sourcing opportunities and managing relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Integrate Procurement services and processes within the business divisions, ensuring maximum value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in terms of quality, price, and service.
- Specialize in the strategic sourcing of goods and services to drive cost reduction and maintain quality standards in line with the DPDHL Sustainability Roadmap.
- Embrace the latest sourcing technologies and innovations, utilizing active market intelligence to keep the procurement process agile and forward-looking.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement or a related function.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively engage and persuade others, ensuring understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package.
