Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a timely and accurately of financial statements and comprehensive reports
• Providing crucial financial data and working with senior management to coordinate all financial operations related
• Ensure accuracy and timely of Customer invoices as per the Business Contract
• Financial reporting duties include preparing budgets, budget-to-actuals and financial projections
• Prepare all supporting information for the external auditors as necessary
• Ensure that all expenses and CAPEX are within the budget
• Review monthly results and implement monthly variance analysis
• Review the cost model, key assumptions of new business and translate it into financial report
• Contract management and Risk management, which be able to advisor/partner to the Senior operations team on appropriate business risks and solutions
• Work closely with the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Work closely with Operations team about corporate policy, Business plan and strategy and reflect it to financial statement
• Perform annual physical asset check
Requirements
• Bachelor in Accounting or related degree
• At least 7 - 10 years of working experience both in Financial & Accounting or related field
• Experienced in Financial Analyst background is a must
• Thai and English communication at business level is necessary
• Have your own car preferred (apart from G Tower Rama 9 Bangkok, there are Bang Na, Wang Noi and Mahachai area for working there occasionally)
