Reporting directly to the Strategic Procurement Director, you'll gain valuable exposure to high-level decision-making and benefit from mentorship that will elevate your strategic and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Transformation: Lead the integration of advanced analytics and technology into procurement processes, delivering innovative solutions to drive efficiency, cost savings, and value creation.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Identify key trends, opportunities, and actionable insights from procurement data, empowering practitioners and senior leaders to make informed, impactful decisions.
  • Technology Optimisation: Manage and enhance procurement platforms, from e-sourcing to supplier management and contract systems, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organisation to implement technology solutions seamlessly, driving maximum value across departments.
  • Driving Innovation: Introduce fresh ideas and lead initiatives that push the boundaries of what's possible in procurement analytics and technology.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of data-driven improvement, providing training, tools, and support to enable teams to thrive and deliver results.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Thinker: You'll need a deep understanding of how data and systems can unlock value and drive operational success.
  • Tech-Savvy Expertise: Familiarity with procurement platforms like Oracle, Bravo, or other e-sourcing tools, combined with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Adaptable Problem-Solver: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while driving continuous improvement.
  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at presenting complex data and technical concepts in ways that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.

This isn't just a managerial role-it's a chance to shape the future of procurement within a forward-thinking, innovative environment.
You'll work with the latest tools and technologies, enjoy professional growth through training and certifications, and collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity and knowledge sharing.

With opportunities for progression, flexible working arrangements, and performance-related rewards, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, impact, and career development.
