LAWAZEM is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. This critical role involves overseeing the entire logistics process, ensuring that our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and meets the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for managing logistics planning, execution, and coordinating with various departments to enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the entire logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Oversee logistics budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards in logistics operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the logistics team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory levels, and report on logistics metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to logistics and transportation.
