At our Lummen site, SABCA Limburg, we are specialized in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft. On the one hand, we produce integrated
skins for flaps and stabilizers using two automatic tape-layers and very large autoclaves and of course, our colleagues' extended know-how. In cooperation with the
Engineering office in Brussels, SABCA Limburg is also responsible for the flap track fairings of several aircraft.
On the other hand, the Space industry is also present in this plant with the final system integration of Ariane and Vega assemblies.
Mission
As a Supply Chain Manager at SABCA Limburg, you will take charge of managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply, enabling an efficient, cost-effective, and high-performing supply chain in the aerospace industry.

Mission
As a Supply Chain Manager at SABCA Limburg, you will take charge of managing and optimizing our supply chain processes. Working closely with various departments, you will ensure seamless coordination between demand and supply, enabling an efficient, cost-effective, and high-performing supply chain in the aerospace industry.
Tasks
Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory and determine optimal stock levels.
- Monitor KPIs, including stock levels, stock accuracy, order confirmations, supplier performance, and material usage.
- Assist in calculating sales prices and preparing the overall Supply Chain budget.
- Oversee logistics processes such as transportation, storage, and distribution.
- Create delivery schedules based on demand forecasts and raw material availability.
- Organize urgent transport requests.
- Supervise the warehouse and procurement teams.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor master data impacting logistics performance.
- Communicate internally and externally about potential stock issues in collaboration with the production planner.
- Report on supply chain performance and propose corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Technical proficiency: Experience with supply chain management and production planning systems.
- SAP expertise: Proficient knowledge of SAP is required.
- Language skills: Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, resilience under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments.
- Team player: A collaborative spirit with a positive and proactive attitude.
