Renowned Fortune 500 Organisation - Procurement Manager Facilities - External Facing Role in High-Growth Real Estate Business

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid - Flexible)

Salary: €75-85,000 + bonus/benefits

We are looking for a Facilities Procurement Manager who wishes to apply their expertise in a Fortune 500 Organisation. This is an opportunity to drive strategy in a client-facing local position within a rapidly growing large, Global business.

As a hungry and ambitious FM Procurement professional, you will be responsible for influencing real change, building stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional transformation in the Dutch Procurement organisation. As a unique chance to progress in a Fortune 500 business, the role requires a high level of commitment and desire to progress with the business.

Requirements:

  • Distinguished experience in high-performing Procurement functions with exposure to cross-functionality (with sales, project management etc.)
  • The ability and personality to grow with an expanding business.
  • Lean on FM Procurement experience to truly understand the business and drive growth.
  • Communicate seamlessly in both Dutch and English to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset of ambition to work with leadership in a high-growth business.

What You'll Do:

  • Being a trusted member of the high-performing Procurement function in Netherlands, reporting to the Country Procurement Director to implement new ideas.
  • Technical delivery of Hard services across the Netherlands.
  • Diving into the external-facing aspect of the position - focusing on stakeholder relationships, influencing local clients and suppliers.
  • Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive value creation.
  • Grasping categories quickly in a high-growth business, leveraging your local specialism to deliver change and improvements as the business further expands.
