If you are a procurement professional with seasoned experience within HR, talent acquisition and contingent labour this would be an excellent opportunity. London based consultancy looking to expand their indirects department offering specific opportunities within the Talent Acquisition/Contingent Workforce/Professional Services.

Due to the expansion you would join a 300 strong team globally. Working collaboratively with supportive leadership and in an office culture that encourages out of the box thinking for development of new strategies.

In this role will be a key contributor within HR professional services' Centre of Excellence. You will report to Global HR Procurement Director Leader and will be responsible for the procurement strategy, transformation initiatives, sourcing execution, and stakeholder engagement for selected global & regional programs/projects within the Centre of Excellence.

Other responsibilities of Procurement Manager specializing in HR services include:

• Implement key strategic and transformative HR initiatives and provide structured management and accurate progress reporting on all projects.
• Endto-end delivery of sourcing projects and category management activities for business stakeholders, along with commercial management of HR suppliers
• Work collaboratively with other Procurement leads to deliver projects in regions where there may not be category coverage/support, or when recruitment/contingent workforce sourcing expertise is required.

A strong candidate will demonstrate skills such as:

• Demonstrated track record of defining and delivering Procurement strategies and transformation projects in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management services such as, but not limited to Recruitment, Contingent Workforce, and Professional Services/Consultancy
• Strong of experience in direct or indirect management of global teams and senior stakeholders
• Proven people development and management skills
