Senior Manager, Logistics Transformation role profile: -
- Create, develop, and deliver world classic logistics partnership and supplier strategies that guarantee services and value to the business whilst identifying new product to ensure the supplier base is best-in-class
- Develop a supplier accreditation approach
- Work closely with regional logistics & divisional teams to develop & implement a supplier performance management programme
- Lead supplier innovation to deliver key transport & infrastructure projects and integrated logistics solutions
Required background: -
- 10 + years Logistics experience with a deep understanding of EU pan European multi modal networks
- Strong experience engaging C-suite stakeholders
- Understanding of TMS, TPS and how to use them, not just high-level theory
- Understanding of BI tools and how to use them, not just high-level theory
- Proven capabilities to create, lead and deliver a logistics strategy in a Divisional business
- Understanding of procurement process, and managing of large-scale contracts
