Bramwith Consulting are currently working with a global FMCG major who are looking for a highly experienced and strategic supply chain professional to oversee an expansive transformational project covering all aspects of demand planning and supply chain.

The successful individual will have a long-track record of enacting change within large organisations and supply chain optimisation. Applicants from both an industry and consultancy background welcomed.

Interim Demand & Supply Chain Transformation Lead Responsibilities:

• As part of a C Suite sponsored programme, this role will see you work closely with stakeholders from across the business in leading this extensive transformational project of supply chain optimisation and process improvement
• Responsible for enacting lasting change within the organisation, this role will involve leading a team to define and deliver end to end supply chain and demand strategy
• Creating and implementing innovative ideas for the long and short-term development of the function, whilst ensuring alignment with the company commercial goals and S&OP
  

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years operational supply chain experience within industry and/or consultancy, including a strong background in wider demand planning and commercial management
• FMCG industry experience highly desirable, ideally within consumer goods industries e.g. Food & Drink, Pharma, household products etc…
• Strong experience with people management, and leading complex projects and programmes
• Strong supply chain software experience, SAP APO experience desirable
• Relevant academic qualifications including but not limited to APICS, CPIM, CIPS and relevant degree (desirable)

Duration: Rolling 3-6 month rolling contract
