Greenfield Head of Procurement - Leading Charitable Organisation - Wiltshire - £60,000 - £68000 + Package

This leading charity, on the verge of a huge transformation, are seeking a Head of Procurement to join and play a key role in this journey! With a very immature procurement function, this charity will be looking for a senior procurement professional with Transformation/Greenfield experience to design and implement their procurement processes going forward!

This is an excellent opportunity to make a major impact within the procurement function of a true household name in the charity industry!

As Greenfield Head of Procurement you will: -

• Have complete autonomy over the creation, design and implementation of procurement processes and governance to add value and ultimately cut costs for the wider organisation
• Focus primarily across Indirect Procurement categories, including but not limited to FM Procurement, Professional Services Procurement and IT Procurement
• Implement a new P2P system, something that the organisation has not had before, and be able to show the value this can add to other functions across the charity
• Build a team underneath you to support on procurement process as the function grows

Greenfield Head of Procurement, required background: -

• Experience in a Greenfield / Transformation / Change Management environment within indirect procurement, ideally with some focus on FM procurement and Shared Services
• Exposure to OJEU Procurement processes is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree + CIPS (beneficial but not essential)
