Change Manager (Procurement) - London (flexible working) - Leading Global Brand - £65,000 + package
Growing FTSE 100 seeks high-achieving Change Manager expert to join ranks in a broad Technology and Procurement (Finance) transformation role.
As Senior Manager you will need to advise on the best change approach to implement, as well as implementing this change. You will drive change and act as a positive change agent during this time of change, to deliver successful outcomes.
The organisation is transforming and implementing new systems across Finance (and Procurement). The Change Manager will need to ensure that they can win the 'hearts and minds' of all employees with this change.
To be successful an understanding and experience of change management as discipline is absolute key for this role.
