NPD Global Procurement Manager - Global Cosmetics Brand - Bristol - £70,000 + Bonus + Package
This globally leading Cosmetics Brand have been doing extremely well across the pandemic, they have seen sales soar.
As a result of growth, they are looking for an excellent NPD Global Procurement Manager to help them build an exciting new area of the business, this person would be managing a £Multi-Million GREENFIELD NPD spend across Haircare and Skincare.
The NPD Global Procurement Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end strategic sourcing process for New Product Development for the business
- Working on Greenfield £Multi-Million spends within new areas of the business across Skincare & Haircare
- Managing a small team of Procurement professionals, ensuring that they are hitting targets and keeping to your set procurement strategy
- Negotiating with suppliers and working with R&D and senior stakeholders within the business
The Global Procurement Manager Must Have:
- New Product Development (NPD) Procurement experience
- Strong strategic sourcing experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Industry experience ideally within Cosmetics, FMCG or Food&Bev
