Strategic Change Manager, Source to Contract - Finance ERP Implementation- London (flexible working) - Leading Global Brand - £90,000-£120,000 + package (incl. car allowance)

A leading global FTSE 100 firm seeks a high-achieving Strategic Senior Change Manager expert to join and lead on a large-scale Finance Transformation, triggered by a technology change requirement (i.e. Reporting tool improvement, ERP implementation).

In this role you will be driving and developing the core vision of the Finance Transformation. This includes vision and value, leadership engagement, communications, training solutions and change readiness.

As the Strategic Senior Change Manager, you will develop and execute the change management strategy and plan for the transformation programme, including managing change impacts, communications, business readiness and change as core components.

You will need to advise on the best change approach to implement, as well as implementing this change. You will drive change and act as a positive change agent during this time of change, to deliver successful outcomes.

The organisation is transforming and implementing new systems across Finance. The primary responsibility will be partnering to drive and developing/implementing change for business transformation that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

To be successful an understanding and experience of change management as a discipline is an absolute must for this role, with a proven track record of change management skills to deliver transformation projects of increasing scope, complex ambiguity, visibility and criticality.

To be considered for this role you need to have Change Management experience within a technology change environment (e.g., SAP/S4 HANA/Ariba Implementation) for a finance transformation programme, e.g. finance transformation moving from one ERP system to another. Also, previous people management within a matrix structure is key for this role.

This role is a 1 year Fixed Term Contract, it is likely to be extended with potential permanent opportunities.
