Regenda is now recruiting a Procurement Specialist to work with our talented Business Transformation team at our fantastic offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre. 


About the role


The main purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of the procurement plan, overseeing and supporting the procurement of goods and services. You will ensure the effective delivery of Regenda’s Procurement and Value for Money Strategies, acting as a role model of professional procurement practice, delivering high quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast paced, innovative and changing organisation.


You will deliver value for money, commercial influence, innovation, compliance and support over the Group’s expenditure through procurement and contract management activities. You will support the business in key strategic supplier selection and contract negotiations and oversee and maintain the Group’s procurement, contract and performance management processes, systems and contracts register. 


The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve the best price from suppliers and to engage and inspire colleagues. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of procurement, contract and budget management processes. They will demonstrate a thorough commercial understanding, with the ability to plan, forecast and manage demand. Experience of procurement management software such as Proactis S2C is desirable.
