Supplier Partner Contracts Manager– London- FTSE 100 brand

Initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract- £65-70k per annum + bonus and benefits


Due to recent significant investment in this FTSE 100’s Procurement Function they are now looking for a new Supplier Contracts Manager to join on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This role reports straight into the Head of Supplier Management this role will give you the opportunity to oversee a wide range of strategic contracts across the business’ portfolio. You will be working closely with a diverse group of senior stakeholders across the function to drive commercial value with some critical suppliers.

The role offers plenty of flexible working and when allowed there would be an expectation of some travel to their modern Central London offices. The role is an initial 12-month fixed term contract with a potential to go permanent and you will be still entitled to a range of benefits

What the role involves:

Proactively engage, advise and influence stakeholders in order to develop and implement appropriate strategies that improve business and supplier performance.

Capture data points allow strategic decision making

To drive the final supplier contracts by adopting the best negotiation strategy for all

Leading the negotiation of contracts and Influencing internal and external stakeholders

Support contract audit across the deals in place currently

Line and people Management of one Contracts Analyst

Creation of a collaborative supplier engagement culture within the team

Stakeholder engagement with the wider teams including Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance to ensure robust process and agreements which mitigate risk

The person we hope to find:

Experience of working within the FM/ Real Estate category or industry would be an advantage.

Experience with drafting and negotiating complex contract management.

Self-motivated and comfortable with complex problem solving.

Relationship driven approach.

Good commercial negotiation skills

Ability to deal with all aspects of commercial/contract risk

Salary and Benefits:

£60-70k per annum + bonus and great benefits
