Social Value UK works with their members to embed core principles for social value measurement and analysis, to refine and share practice, and to build a powerful movement of like-minded people to influence policy. Their goal is to support, connect, and represent their members through training, knowledge-sharing and networking.
Are you passionate about tackling inequality through changing the way society accounts for value? We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience of and a passion for social value and impact management.

- provide inspiring leadership to a network and movement to meet the critical needs the UK faces in addressing inequality, environmental harm, and improving all of our well-being,
- and manage, deliver and grow our strategy and operations sustainably, leading our small but highly committed and productive team.
We are seeking an engaging public speaker who can represent SVUK to our members and partners, at conferences, on advisory bodies, and who is able to operate on a national and international stage. You will be able to develop and maintain relationships with key partners across public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, investors, delivery bodies and their networks, advisors, academics, and policy-makers.
We need an attentive manager, who can support the team to continue to grow on a robust financial footing making the most of their passion and looking after their wellbeing. The role of the Chief Executive is based at our headquarters in Liverpool; however, the role does require engagement across the whole of the UK. For the right candidate, we could be flexible on your location. The position is currently full-time, but we would consider flexible options as well, including job share. The salary is offered between £45,000 to £55,000 pro rata per year depending on your experience. We are open to re-negotiating the salary if significant growth can be achieved.
