Multi-Site Operations Manager
Are you an experienced Multi-Site Operations Manager looking for a new role? Are you ready to take the reins in the running and management of two operational sites? We have a brand new and exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Multi-Site Operations Manager/General Manager to join our team.
The role will manage the day to day of two operational sites in the UK, one components to fulfil our factory at Lenton in Nottingham and the other finished goods distribution centre (OMNI channel facility), which distributes from the UK to North America, Australia and Asia as well as fulfilment to the UK, EU and ROW. The latter is a brand new site at East Midlands Gateway that showcases state of the art goods to person technology / robotics. You will already be experienced in managing large distribution sites and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding service whilst focusing on streamlining processes and practices to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will be a strong leader, having managed large teams successfully in previous roles and know what skills and SLA's are needed to ensure their continued success. You will have a good knowledge of health and safety and work with our H&S team to make sure sites are fully compliant.
In this role you will be expected to hold functional areas to account to ensure accuracy between departments and have excellent communication skills as you will be the key contact for both internal and external stakeholders. There are a high number of team managers with strong leadership skills and supporting them in their day to day is at the heart of this role.
