Procurement Compliance Director - Global Blue-Chip Professional Services Organisation - London + Flexi Working - £115,000 - £130,000 + Package
This $Billion Blue-Chip Organisation, famed for being the leader in their industry, is about to embark on a huge Procurement Transformation and is looking to strengthen its team at a senior level as part of this!
Reporting directly into the CPO, the Procurement Compliance Director will play an integral part in this transformation as the individual managing the many facets that fall under Risk & Compliance. You will be developing and implementing new processes and a company-wide framework, which will have long-lasting effects on the future direction of the wider business!
If you are a Procurement Professional with strong experience of developing supplier policies for various facets of risk across modern slavery, sustainability, ethical sourcing, diversity and fraud, and you are looking to put your stamp on a function that is fast on its way to being Best-in-Class, then this is the perfect role for you!
Procurement Compliance Director, Required Background: -
- Extensive Procurement Compliance / Risk Management experience, ideally having had experience of developing frameworks and processes for supplier quality and risk evaluation across various factors such as modern slavery, sustainability, ethical sourcing, diversity and fraud
- Exposure to a fast-paced, Blue-Chip environment is preferred but not essential
- Excellent Communication and Global Stakeholder Management skills
- MCIPS qualified is preferred but not essential
