Procurement Analyst – London or West Sussex – Financial Services brand

£30k - £35k per annum + holiday + flexible working + great benefits

Overview:

Talent Drive is very pleased to bring to market a Procurement Analyst role to work alongside the Procurement function within a globally known Financial Services organisation. Your role as an Analyst will be to support all the contract management including contract audit, finalising supplier contracts and contract negotiation. You will be part of a team who utilise a wide network of supplier partners to deliver services to key clients under a formalised supplier partner programme. This role will see you report into the Procurement Category Manager.

What the role involves:

To support a contract audit across the deals in place currently to ensure information captured is accurate, Capture data points allow strategic decision making.

To support the finalisation of supplier contracts by ensuring all the relevant contract information and data points are captured and easily accessible.

Support & Coordinate contract negotiation activities

Stakeholder engagement with the wider teams including Supply Chain, Commercial and Finance to ensure robust process and agreements which mitigate risk.

The person we hope to find:

Experience with complex contract management

Understands all aspects of commercial/contract risk

Ability to interpret and understand complex data

Excellent communication skills and able to work with all levels of management and stakeholders

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Well organised, process and team-oriented with the ability to prioritise quickly

Thrive on fast pace working in a regional and global business

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 - £35,000  + pension + holiday + other flexible benefits
