About the role 

As a Procurement Officer you will develop the procurement function ensuring the delivery of all statutory obligations, internal objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations and legislation with the goal of achieving value for money. 

Reporting to the Group Manager Finance you will be responsible for leading, advising and managing on numerous ICO procurements. This will include regular reviews of existing ICO procurement policies to ensure they are compliant with changes to legislation and best practice as expected with the high standards required as a regulator. 

About you 

You will have relevant, up to date experience of working in a procurement and financial environment. This will include proven knowledge and experience of procurement processes, tools and techniques relating to best practice in procurement. 

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
