Supplier Relationship Manager | London | Global Online Technology Brand
£50-60,000 + 30% Bonus + 25 days holiday, private healthcare and flexible working (80% WFH & 20% office)
A Global Online Technology Brand have partnered exclusively with Talent Drive to recruit two Supplier Relationship Managers as part of the continued transformation of the Procurement department. These two positions are the first of the newly created Supplier Relationship Management function to support the drive of procurement excellence. The two category areas are IT/Technology and broad indirect services, mainly Facilities Management and Professional Services.
What the role involves
You will lead all SLAs and end to end contract management
You will manage relationships and performance for the efficient delivery of products and services.
You will ensure the business meets their business objectives, minimise potential business disruption through the supplier, avoid delivery failure and drive in contract efficiencies/automation and savings through supplier relationship management.
Present monthly to Chief Procurement Officer Dashboards and progress on Supplier Management in Monthly Business Reviews
The person we hope to find
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Experience in Supplier Management/ Supplier Relationship Management
Clear and demonstrable achievements in a Supplier Management role across varied industries
Adopt various negotiation styles and techniques to deliver effective contract schedules
Excellent stakeholder partnership & business process understanding experience
Proactively driving Continuous Improvement within the supply base through operational improvement, cost reduction, risk minimisation and service improvement
