Salary : €75-85k + car allowance + bonus

This is a permanent opportunity in Madrid, any applicant must be available and willing to relocate to Madrid to be considered for the role.
Are you an FM transformation manager with a hunger to join a rapidly growing organisation and implement change? World leading retail FMCG are revolutionising their global facilities management function and are looking for an innovative transformation manager like you to join their global team and help drive customer conversion journeys across international markets.
Based out of Madrid, you will operate as a project manager across circa 400 sites globally (EMEA, APAC), be forward thinking and implement integrated facility management strategy in a transformational/cross functional capacity. This will include autonomy over risk assessments, coordinating with HSE, financial budgeting, contracts, SRM and consolidating transition towards an IFM supplier.
This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial FM transformation manager to broaden their exposure to project management within a retail FMCG and flourish in a fast-paced, strategy led leadership role. You will be joining into a newly created positon within a brand new global department, offering substantial opportunity for you to grow and develop as this function continues to mature.
As a Global FM Transformation project manager you will:-
- Take responsibility over harmonising the global IFM strategy.
- Be a strong leader, ensuring adherence of local market stakeholders to key contract points.
- Sell your strategy internally, training the rest of the business on contracts.
- Have a demonstrable track record of operating and delivering in complex environments, both independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and manage SRM strategy pertaining to FM.
- Centralise FM function, ensuring a smooth transition across international sites towards a new IFM supplier.
- Drive transformational change and be a passionate advocate of the environmental agenda and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:-
- Proven track record of success in FM, with experience in multinational IFM transition.
- Demonstrable record of building and executing multi-year strategies.
- Previous experience of handling contract negotiations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Valid EU work permit.
- Relevant Bachelors Degree (further specialised studies highly beneficial).
