Head of Procurement
An exciting opportunity has become available for the post of Head of Procurement. This is a senior management role within the Finance Directorate that will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of the purchase and supply function of the Trust.
The role will be responsible for leading the Procurement team and supporting it and others to achieve optimal value for money and savings through working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support in the development, design and implementation of all tendering in line with legislation to achieve a compliant and cost-effective regional procurement service in line with the Trust Mission, Vision, Values and Goals.
The role will require you to be MCIPS qualified (Level 6).
Whilst initially the role will be working remotely, there will be requirements at times in the future to also work out of the HQ offices in Exeter.
