Within this Head of FM Procurement role, you will be required too…

• Lead a team of 7 passionate members and support them through negotiation of large contracts with key suppliers within the procurement industry as well as strive as a team to improve workplace efficiency
• Develop new, and maintain previously established relationships with external procurement suppliers within Facilities Management procurement as well as internal stakeholders
• Proactively evaluate processes to seek solutions and continuously save costs with innovative adaptations throughout the procurement process
• Effectively facilitate the development of your team members providing an extremely rewarding aspect of this procurement role

Within this Head of FM procurement role you will need…

• Strong negotiation skills to improve influence within a diverse supplier base
• Desire and passion for leading a team
• Ability to create and implement effective category strategies, ideally with experience across FM procurement
