Senior Category Manager – City Procurement

£58,170 - £66,400 per annum inclusive

The Corporation of London has a wide portfolio within its estate including a large commercial estate, office portfolio, housing stock, schools and a range of building supporting arts, culture and historic buildings in the city. This includes the Barbican, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

You will lead a team that will deliver a range of projects across this portfolio, delivering value across the estate.

The Corporation is ambitious in its desire to deliver quality across the portfolio and develop buildings that deliver against its ambitious Climate Action Strategy and its target to be carbon neutral, build sustainably and deliver climate resilience.

You will be experienced in Construction and Works and leading delivery of a wide range of projects. You will know how to lead at team to develop Category Plans including considering partnering, frameworks and using a wide range of commercial approaches that deliver quality construction outcomes.

The successful candidate will need to undergo Security Clearance.
