Commercial Account Lead - Leading Global Fortune500 Pharmaceutical firm - London + flex working - Competitive base salary + added benefits
This global pharmaceutical firm, renowned in the industry as a leader within pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain management, is looking to bring onboard a strategic and commercial account leader, to engage with key clients in the US market, drive growth of these accounts and manage the interface between the firm and their members.
This is a highly visible role within this organization, where you will play a key role in the development of the project pipeline for the business, whilst also supporting the VP for the business in ensuring all client needs and expectations are met, whilst aligning to business objectives.
This is a great opportunity for a commercial executive, willing to take a step into a high-performing and demanding firm, and wanting to lead key accounts within the pharmaceutical industry, ideal for pushing your career forward.
Account Management Lead responsibilities:
- Develop a complete understanding of your clients needs and business units, to ensure you meet their goals and the firms goals for the short, medium and long term
- Develop, formulise and deliver within an agreed account management framework, identify strategic initiatives and constantly innovate the way you work with your clients
- Take advantage of working closely with the business VP, build a strong network of senior executives within the industry and progress your career into senior executive roles in the future
Key experience required:
- A proven background and demonstrable experience within account management, sales or product management style of roles, supporting global organisations in the delivery of projects and objectives
- Pharmaceutical and or healthcare sector experience is preferred
- Strong communication and able to manage relationships effectively in an account management capacity
- Degree level education or equivalent
