Within this Senior Procurement Buyer opportunity, your responsibilities will include….

• Providing essential support to the Procurement Manager in terms of developing effective procurement strategies in a timely manner whilst meeting necessary procurement objectives
• Build, develop and maintain effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders; particularly in terms of senior colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Lead a variety of procurement activities; from market analysis and benchmarking to competitive tenders and research
• Manage the procurement contract database as well as provide guidance on contract management and supplier performance reporting

• Degree and CIPS would be advantageous but not essential
• Ability to demonstrate a strong track record regarding analytics across indirect categories
• Excellent skills surrounding communication, presentation and organization
