You will have autonomy over procurement projects as well as work collaboratively with some of the best procurement professionals worldwide. Direct Procurement Manager, responsibilities…

• Provide support and lead procurement activities for the end-to-end procurement function for both established products and markets as well as exciting New Product Introduction driven by impressive technology innovations
• Autonomously develop engagement plans for external development and manufacturing partnerships to aid value optimization from stakeholder relationships
• Investigate and implement the most appropriate operating model for assigned upstream procurement projects in relation to product development and contract manufacturing
• Lead collaboration with relevant internal teams, from NPI and Finance to Research and Engineering teams, to drive efficiency for a variety of procurement projects for both established and new products

Direct Procurement Manager, requirements…

• Degree / MCIPS advantageous but not essential
• Ability to demonstrate past procurement success, ideally within direct procurement
• Strong skills surrounding SRM, negotiation and project management
