Procurement Technology Category Specialist - Global Law Firm - Competitive Salary - State of the Arts Office.

Location: London.
Hybrid Working.

Bramwith have strategically partnered with an award-winning, global law firm to help them add a valuable Procurement Technology & Data Category Specialist to their UK team. This will involve through time with more senior employees to develop your capabilities and skill sets to increase and elevate progression opportunities internally.

Key Procurement Technology & Data Category Specialist Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for a proactive management approach for all of the procurement activity as well as 3rd party spend.
  • Ensuring all stakeholder relationships are managed professionally as you will be a huge supporting character in any Mergers & Acquisitions integrations.
  • Procurement projects will be for you to manage & execute, this is both strategic & commercial decisions.
  • Help with implementation & Communication of all procurement strategy plans, while managing individual projects.
  • In terms of suppliers, you would be the first point of contact for all suppliers, therefore you will have to win successful negotiations.
  • The company want someone to continuously use their knowledge and expertise in procurement to improve processes that deliver tangible service and strong commercial outcomes.



Key Procurement Skills & Experience

  • Clear experience in Procurement Technology & Data.
  • Ability to have a can-do attitude with a good view on sustainability, long-term savings, cost effective workings.
  • Track record in end-to-end procurement and supplier management, including negotiation win rates.
  • Demonstrate experience in being commercially focused and have an understanding of internal accounting practices and cost attribution.
  • Previous experience in working and collaborating with other team members.
  • Degree or relevant qualification, such as CIPS is desired.
