Supply Chain Lead - Greenfield Role & Team Growth Responsibility - Manchester based - Competitive 70-75k base + Benefits.

Bramwith have partnered with a specialist real estate investment trust working specially on healthcare premises with a portfolio of over 630 properties. They are looking for a capable leader to step into their new Supply Chain Lead role and grow their own team.

This organization is located outside of Manchester and has a market capitalization of over £1,900.00 million. With huge plan for employee growth, you could step into this vibrant role and become a significant person internally in their growth strategy.

Key Supply Chain Lead Responsibilities

• This role will be a vital individual to ensure a coordinated approach to supplier engagement and management is upheld, while being accountable for providing prestige practice for all of their supply chain partners.
• You would also be driving their cost efficiencies.
• A key element will be developing and implementing a supply chain strategy for this organization, this will include finding key partners which will enable financial and social objectives inline with this organizations 5 year plan.
• Report directly into the Head of Property while having line management responsibility.
• This role is a greenfield team and role, therefore you will be a key person in the growth which essential responsibility.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Proven knowledge and understanding in supply chain / procurement, and desirably in an organization with property development or management activities.
• Experience in large scale property portfolios, facility management and development activities is desired equally.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• CIPS / MCIPS qualification desirable, but not essential.
• Highly motivated individual to work independently whilst working in a cross-functional team.
