This leading global law firm, who specialize in Insurance, Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy, Trade and Commodities, now have an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in Indirect Procurement, Multi-Category exposure, Supplier Management to join a highly successful organisation. This organization operate across 6 continents with over 45 offices, and have over 4,000 employees. They offer close exposure to more experienced employees to allow for individual growth and allow for career progression.
Key HR Procurement Specialist Responsibilities
During your time in this role you will be responsible for ensuring all suppliers are managed during the procurement and service delivery stage. Equally working with category managers with these implementations and communications with suppliers in parallel with the procurement strategy plan.
You would be a major part in Mergers & Acquisitions integrations for this global brand, supporting and building stakeholder relationships to ensure a smooth process.
Using your previous experience in HR Procurement you will strategize way to implement new activities to create savings for the organization, then monitor and report the saving benefits and much more!
Key HR Procurement Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability or experience to work across multiple categories, such as HR, IT or Professional Services and managing end-to-end procurement / supplier management
- Can-do attitude and the ability to get stuck into a fast-pace environment and adapt to change.
- Track record in successful negotiations.
- Working towards or a qualification in MCIPS or CIPS is desirable.
