Indirect Procurement Manager - Technology, FM & Real Estate - Leading Education Services organisation - £45-55k + benefits - Brighton + Remote & flexible working

This leading education services organization, ranked as one of the top education providers in the UK, is looking to bring onboard a number of strategic procurement managers into the team as part of their committed investment towards a 5year road-map outlining some exciting projects in the procurement space.

With an exciting project plan, totaling circa £360M in total spend encompassing a variety of technology and real estate project. Coupled with an exciting sustainability pledge, in which these roles will have key objectives for embedding these across the organization, the successful procurement managers will without a doubt play a key role in the long tern development and growth of this organization.

Key procurement manager role accountabilities:

  • Lead, develop and implement key procurement and sourcing strategies across a range of categories including Technology, IT, FM & Real Estate
  • With a focus on quality, you will represent the procurement team on key strategic projects, providing clear leadership and guidance
  • Having recently launched a key sustainability target, you will lead the imbedding of sustainable practices and engagements with suppliers, using your passion in this space to drive these objectives through
  • Take advantage of this flat and inclusive structure to advance your career, support senior staff and progress through management and beyond

Key procurement skillsets and experience required:

  • An indirect procurement background within either public or private sector, with proven experience in either of the following indirect procurement categories: IT, Technology, facilities or real estate
  • Proven experience of managing key stakeholders through a growth or implementation of strategies
  • CIPS qualifications are preferred however not essential
  • Degree level education is also preferred
